About the Role:We are seeking a proactive and reliable Office Administrator to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys a variety of administrative tasks and is comfortable supporting both daily office operations and occasional facility needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- General office administrative support (handling mail, managing deliveries, basic documentation)
- Accompany and assist during facility-related maintenance or repair work
- Provide front desk coverage when the receptionist is away
- Maintain and update simple tracking tables in Excel (e.g., headcount, office expenses)
- Assist with basic PowerPoint presentations or reporting needs
What We're Looking For:
- Previous experience in an administrative or office support role
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Flexible availability – occasional later shifts may be needed to accommodate facility works
- Be part of a supportive, collaborative team
