Our client, a growing European financial institution, is seeking a dependable and proactive Office Administrator to manage day-to-day office operations.

Some of the key responsibilities will include:

  • Perform general office administrative tasks to support day-to-day operations.
  • Maintaining the office's functionality by ordering necessary office and pantry supplies, upkeeping tidiness, and greeting and assisting visitors.
  • Coordinate new staff onboarding and orientation activities.
  • Versatile and organized approach to support various facets of the office environment.
  • Provide administrative support to senior leaders as required

To be eligible for this role you will require:

  • At least 5 years of experience in office administrative work
  • Proficiency in MS Office
  • Exhibits excellent time management, prioritization skills, and the ability to multitask
  • Good written and communication skills
  • Familiar with the usage of office equipment
