We are seeking a meticulous and self-driven Finance Executive to manage the full spectrum of finance and accounting functions at Changi Beach Club. The ideal candidate will be responsible for day-to-day financial operations, reporting, budgeting, compliance, and support for management decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Financial Accounting & Reporting
  • Handle full sets of accounts (AP, AR, GL, Fixed Assets, Bank Reconciliation).
  • Prepare accurate monthly, quarterly, and yearly financial reports.
  • Ensure timely closing of accounts and submission of reports to management and external stakeholders.
  1. Budgeting & Forecasting
  • Assist in preparation of annual budgets and rolling forecasts.
  • Monitor actual vs. budget performance and provide variance analysis.
  1. Cash Flow & Treasury
  • Manage daily cash flow and banking transactions.
  • Liaise with banks on account matters and monitor fund transfers.
  • Ensure sufficient liquidity to support operational needs.
  1. Audit & Taxation
  • Liaise with external auditors and tax agents during statutory audits and filings.
  • Ensure compliance with IRAS and other regulatory bodies (GST, Corporate Tax, etc.).
  • Maintain proper documentation for audit trail and statutory purposes.
  1. Internal Controls & Compliance
  • Implement and maintain internal control systems to safeguard the Club’s assets.
  • Ensure compliance with club policies, financial regulations, and governance standards.
  1. Membership Billing & Collection
  • Manage member billing cycles, payment collection, and statement generation.
  • Handle queries on membership fees, arrears, and reconciliations.
  1. Procurement & Inventory Support
  • Work with departments to ensure proper procurement procedures.
  • Assist in asset and inventory tracking and costing.
  1. Other Ad Hoc Duties
  • Support the General Manager and committees in financial planning and decision support.
  • Participate in system enhancements, SOP updates, or other finance-related projects.

Requirements:

  • Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • Minimum 3–5 years of full-set accounting experience, preferably in hospitality or club management.
  • Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
  • Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to work independently.
  • Good communication skills and ability to liaise with internal and external stakeholders.
