Overview:
Join the Operational Finance team at Hospital and play a pivotal role in driving financial excellence across clinical and operational departments. This role focuses on business partnering, cost management, financial planning, and project support in a dynamic healthcare environment.

You’ll contribute directly to enhancing sustainability, improving financial decision-making, and supporting system transformation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

Partner with clinical and operational teams to review operating expenses, performance metrics, and strategic plans
Maintain financial performance reports and conduct analyses to drive cost control and operational efficiency
Support annual budgeting and forecasting activities
Advise stakeholders on finance-related policies, guidelines, and workflows
Provide data-driven insights into cost structures, subsidy frameworks, and pricing strategies
Lead or support hospital-wide projects aimed at process improvement and financial system upgrades (e.g., Billing Transformation, Costing Systemization)
Contribute to financial audits, change management tasks, and other ad-hoc assignments
