Senior Finance Executive - Yishun
The Senior Executive in Finance Systems will play a critical role in supporting the implementation and integration of S/4HANA, enhancing finance automation, and ensuring smooth business processes across the organization. This position will also involve working closely with consultants, business users, and cross-functional teams to gather and review business requirements, manage data migration, and support system enhancements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support for S/4HANA Implementation:
o Provide hands-on support during User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and data migration phases of the S/4HANA implementation.
o Collaborate with Finance users to track issues, validate data migration templates, and ensure smooth sign-off processes.
o Develop automation solutions (e.g., Python) to streamline data validation and migration.- Requirement Gathering and System Support:
o Assist in the collection and review of business requirements for S/4HANA implementation.
o Ensure effective implementation of business requirements in collaboration with consultants and users.- Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) Integration:
o Support the integration of the CLM application with S/4HANA.
o Contribute to the enhancement of the CLM-S/4HANA integration, ensuring continuous improvements.- Training and Subject Matter Expertise (SME):
o Provide training and support to end users as a SME for S/4HANA and CLM Systems
o Troubleshoot daily operational issues and support go-live activities to ensure smooth adoption of S/4HANA and CLM Systems- Contribution to Finance Automation Projects:
o Lead and actively contribute to Finance automation initiatives, driving process improvements and implementing solutions to enhance overall operational efficiency
Requirements:
- Qualifications:
o Bachelor of Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
o Relevant certifications in S/4HANA or similar ERP systems (e.g., SAP certification) is a plus.- Experience:
o At least 3-5 years of experience in Finance Systems, with a solid understanding of ERP implementations (preferably S/4HANA).
o Experience in data migration, testing, and business requirements gathering.
o Prior exposure to Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) systems and integration with ERP solutions is an advantage.- Skills:
o Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
o Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work across teams and interact with business users effectively.
o Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, balancing multiple priorities and meeting deadlines.
o Proficient in Python, VBA, Power Query and other automation tools to streamline processes and improve operational efficiency.
o Knowledge of financial systems and accounting processes is a plus.
