(Urgent) Accountant/ Finance Executive | 5days | (Group Conso)/ (Full Set) - Yishun

Two roles available; first is accountant (Group Consolidation experience required); second is finance executive (Full set accounts experience required)

Summary:

• 5 days work week
• Basic up to $5000 // $4000
• North Area

Job Scope:

• Prepare and review group consolidated financial statements and management reports from subsidiaries.
• Monitor group and subsidiary cash flow forecasts.
• Ensure timely submission of monthly, quarterly, and annual reports to Head Office; address queries from HQ.
• Review subsidiaries’ reporting schedules and recommend improvements.
• Support subsidiaries with reporting requirements and internal HQ audits.
• Liaise with Head Office and subsidiaries on items requiring approval.
• Assist in reviewing and improving internal financial policies and support ad hoc operational projects.

• Handled full-set accounting including accounts receivable (AR) and accounts payable (AP).
• Performed bank reconciliations and maintained the general ledger.
• Prepared full-set financial statements: balance sheet, profit & loss, and trial balance.
• Managed petty cash, expense claims, and accruals.
• Supported internal and external audits and assisted in budgeting and financial analysis.

Requirements:

• Accountant: Minimum 5 years of experience in group consolidation.
• Finance Executive : Full set accounts experience
