Team Administrator (Real Estate Industry)

Responsibilities:

• You have to be a highly motivated Team Administrator to support our high performing team in Singapore
• Maintain and manage Salesforce (online tracker for directors to track team members’ performance and current dealings)
• Develop marketing materials such as property factsheets, proposals, and presentations with support from the in-house graphic design team.
• Support team members on projects by managing NDA signings with prospective buyers, tracking agreement status, arranging property viewings, updating marketing progress reports, and maintaining project documentation upon completion.
• Assist Executive Directors with expense claims for meals and transportation.
• Coordinate business travel arrangements for Director-level staff and above, including obtaining the necessary approvals.

Requirements:

• Strong interest/knowledge in real estate preferred
• Intermediate to advanced level in core Microsoft - Word, Excel, Outlook and Powerpoint
