Job Summary:

This role offers a unique opportunity for a seasoned sales professional to drive capital origination by leveraging established UHNWI relationships to support large‑scale real estate investments in Japan. This role is ideal for individuals with strong credibility in the high‑net‑worth space, a proven ability to market premium investment products, and a deep personal interest in Japan’s long‑term market landscape.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and manage relationships with UHNWI investors capable of large-ticket investments.
  • Introduce qualified investors to suitable large-scale Japan real estate opportunities.
  • Lead investment discussions together with internal investment and structuring teams.
  • Maintain strong, long-term investor relationships and ensure consistent engagement.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to support cross-border investment processes.
Requirements
  • Existing relationships with UHNWI capable of investing JPY 5–10 billion per transaction.
  • Proven track record in selling high-value or large-ticket products such as private banking, alternative investments, structured products, or luxury assets.
  • Strong credibility and trust within investor networks.
  • High standards of professionalism, discretion, and relationship management skills.
  • Strong personal interest in Japan’s culture, market, and long-term economic outlook.
  • Experience in real estate capital raising is an added advantage.
  • Experience in cross-border investment work is an added advantage.
  • Understanding of Japan’s real estate market is an added advantage.
