Manager (Communications)

Key Responsibilities

As a member of the Communications team, you will plan and execute integrated communications that advance SGH’s institutional priorities. Your responsibilities will include:

• Support leadership engagement and staff communications, including shaping leadership messages and narratives, and organising staff engagement events such as townhalls and dialogues, as well as manage internal communication platforms
• Contribute to internal change communications, particularly for digital health transformation and organisational readiness initiatives
• Partner with clinical, operational, and corporate stakeholders to deliver clear, consistent, and timely messaging
• Develop and coordinate content and integrated communication campaigns across internal and external channels
• Support special projects and events, working collaboratively with internal teams and external partners

Requirements:

• A good university degree, preferably in Communications, Marketing, or a related discipline.
• At least 6-8 years of relevant experience in communications, preferably within a large or complex organisation.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex information.
• Experience supporting projects, campaigns, or events across multiple stakeholders.
• Well-versed with internal communication platforms, digital channels, and engagement tools.
• Strong interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with design or analytics tools is an advantage.
