What You Will Be Working On
You will work closely with various Business Units and senior stakeholders to plan, coordinate and execute marketing campaigns, corporate communications initiatives, media relations activities, thought leadership programmes and client engagement events that strengthen PhillipCapital's brand and support business growth.
This role offers exposure to a broad spectrum of marketing communications functions, including campaign management, public relations, branding, content development, event management and stakeholder engagement within the financial services industry.
Job Description:
Marketing Campaign Management- Assist with integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including email marketing, websites, social media, webinars and digital platforms
- Work closely with internal stakeholders to coordinate marketing and communications initiatives, managing project timelines, content development, deployment schedules and post-activity reporting.
- Develop, edit and proofread marketing materials, website content, social media posts, client communications and promotional collateral
- Ensure all content aligns with corporate branding guidelines, regulatory requirements and communication standards
- Support the production of investor education materials, market commentaries, articles, videos and thought leadership content
- Maintain consistency of messaging across all corporate and business unit communications
- Support media outreach efforts through the preparation of media pitches, press releases and corporate announcements
- Coordinate media interviews, press enquiries and engagements with local and international media outlets
- Track and analyse media coverage and maintain media monitoring reports
- Build and maintain relationships with journalists, editors and media partners to support the organisation's communications objectives
- Support the BUs where required for the following:
- planning and execution of corporate events, client seminars, webinars, investment forums and High-net worth client appreciation events
- event logistics, vendor management and stakeholder communications
- post-event reporting and performance analysis
- Work closely with multiple Business Units to manage marketing requests and communication initiatives
- Liaise with external vendors, agencies, designers, production houses and media partners
- Monitor industry trends, competitor activities and emerging opportunities within the financial services sector
- Provide insights and recommendations to support marketing and communications initiatives
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Journalism, Public Relations or a related discipline
- 1-2 years of relevant and/or marketing communications experience is preferred, but entry-level candidates may apply
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong copywriting, editing and proofreading abilities
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Meticulous attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Experience in event management, media relations or content marketing would be advantageous
- Familiarity with email marketing platforms, social media management tools and website content management systems is preferred
- Knowledge of financial services, investments or capital markets would be advantageous
- Proficiency in written and spoken Mandarin would be beneficial for supporting Mandarin-language media and marketing initiatives
