• About the Role

We are seeking a driven Sales Engineer to develop new business opportunities and manage key accounts across industrial and commercial sectors. You will play a key role in promoting technical solutions and providing consultative sales support to clients.

• Key Responsibilities
• Identify, develop, and manage new business opportunities in assigned industries
• Promote solutions related to HVAC systems, industrial heaters, fire suppression systems, and electric motors
• Maintain and grow relationships with consultants, contractors, OEMs, and end-users
• Provide technical consultation, solution proposals, and product presentations
• Work closely with engineering teams to ensure project feasibility and execution
• Prepare quotations, tender submissions, and follow up on project pipeline
• Achieve sales targets and contribute to overall business growth strategy
• Requirements
• Diploma/Degree in Mechanical / Electrical / Mechatronics Engineering or related field
• Experience in B2B technical sales (HVAC / industrial equipment / fire protection preferred)
• Strong understanding of industrial or building services applications
• Good communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
• Self-driven, independent, and results-oriented
• Comfortable with both hunting new business and managing existing accounts
