About the Role

We are looking for a motivated Service Sales Engineer to join our Audio-Visual (AV) team.

You will support clients through AV maintenance contracts, service upgrades, and after-sales solutions, ensuring systems remain reliable and well supported.

This role suits candidates who enjoy technology, customer engagement, and solution-based selling.

Key Responsibilities

Present AV service solutions to new and existing clients
Build and maintain strong client relationships
Identify service sales and upselling opportunities
Work with pre-sales and technical teams on proposals
Stay updated on AV products and market trends
Prepare sales reports and pipeline updates
Meet assigned sales targets

Requirements

Minimum Diploma qualification
Sales experience is an advantage
AV industry experience is a plus
Basic knowledge of AV systems is preferred.
Good communication and presentation skills
Self-motivated, results-driven, and a team player
