Key Qualifications- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Finance, or a related field.
- Experience as a Project Manager, with a background in financial services or a related industry.
- Deep knowledge of Windows operating systems, IT infrastructure, and financial systems within the financial services context.
- Familiarity with regulatory compliance frameworks relevant to the financial industry.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities, capable of making data-driven decisions within financial project constraints.
- Proven track record of successfully managing complex projects within the financial services sector.
- Financial Services Project Management: Plan, execute, and monitor Windows and infrastructure projects within the financial services sector, aligning them with the organization's strategic objectives and regulatory requirements.
- Risk Management: Identify and mitigate potential project risks specific to the financial services industry, including data breaches, cybersecurity threats, and compliance issues.
- Vendor and Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate with external vendors, financial institutions, and stakeholders to drive successful project outcomes while maintaining strong business relationships.
- • Budget Oversight: Manage project budgets and resource allocations, optimizing financial resources while delivering high-quality results.
- Change Management: Facilitate change management processes in the financial services context, ensuring smooth transitions during project implementation, system upgrades, and infrastructure enhancements.
