Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager with 6 to 10 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Dynamics 365 deployment data migration configuration and administration. This hybrid role requires excellent project management skills to ensure successful project delivery within the specified timelines and budget.

• Lead the planning and implementation of Dynamics 365 projects to ensure timely and successful delivery.
• Oversee the deployment of Dynamics 365 solutions ensuring all technical requirements are met.
• Provide expertise in data migration processes to ensure seamless transition of data from legacy systems to Dynamics 365.
• Manage the configuration of Dynamics 365 to meet the specific needs of the business.
• Administer Dynamics 365 environments ensuring optimal performance and security.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and ensure alignment with project goals.
• Monitor project progress and adjust plans as necessary to ensure successful completion.
• Communicate project status risks and issues to stakeholders in a clear and timely manner.
• Ensure all project documentation is complete and up to date.
• Facilitate project meetings and workshops to drive project activities and decisions.
• Identify and mitigate project risks to ensure successful project outcomes.
• Provide training and support to end-users to ensure successful adoption of Dynamics 365 solutions.
• Continuously seek opportunities to improve project management processes and methodologies.

• Must have extensive experience in Dynamics 365 deployment data migration configuration and administration.
• Should have strong project management skills with a proven track record of successful project delivery.
• Must possess interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders.
• Should have the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Must be detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.
• Should have experience working in a hybrid work model.

Certifications Required

PMP certification or equivalent project management certification preferred.
