Air Freight Coordinator - Bedok

Working hours : Mon to Fri 8.30am - 6pm

• Manage daily airfreight export or import operations
• Coordinate effectively with airlines, freight forwarders, transporters, and customs authorities
• Maintain a positive attitude towards problem-solving.
• Handle daily rate inquiries from local and international stakeholders.
• Timely response to all inquiries with multiple solutions and accuracy.
• Prepare and manage shipping documents, ensure timely billing, and close job files efficiently.
• Manage operations for export shipments, including preparation of necessary documentation.
• Coordinate export operations to guarantee timely delivery in line with client timelines.
• Execute full set of AWB / Export Custom Clearance / Invoicing / Verification of vendor costings / Sending pre-alerts to oversee offices/agents etc.
• Coordinate bookings of Air cargo with partners & vendors.
• Arrangements of cargo collection and deliveries with transporters.

• Minimum 2 years of working experience in air freight operations.
• Knowledge of incoterms, Singapore shipping procedure & freight forwarding experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office particularly Excel and Word
• Experience in using freight system (Sysfreight)
• Process oriented and a team player
• Only Singaporean and Permanent Resident.
