Air Freight Shipping Officer / Logistics Operation Executive (Export and Import)

Position: Airfreight Operations Executive

Basic Salary: $3200 - $3800 - Additional $200 for Sunday standby allowance, monthly gross can up $4000++
Working hours: 1pm-10pm (Mon-Sat) - Fixed Afternoon Shift ($200 shift allowance per month)
Location: 20 Alps Ave (take direct bus no. 35 from Bedok MRT)

Job Scope:

Monitor daily Import/Export freight movement and shipment status.
Coordinate with Customer Service, Warehouse, and Vendors to ensure timely cargo clearance and delivery.
Handle inquiries related to shipment status and delivery timelines.
Ensure all shipment milestones are accurately and promptly updated in the system.
Support and execute tasks or projects as assigned by the supervisor.

Requirements:

Familiar with air freight operations
Knowledge of WMS / SAP
Willingness to address operational issues outside of office hours as needed.
