Events Sales & Operations Assistant (Temp, 6–7 Months) DT

Job Description & Requirements

Location: Singapore Botanic Gardens / Gardens by the Bay

• Drive group ticket sales by following up on leads and conducting outreach to corporate, community, and government organisations
• Serve as the main point of contact for customer enquiries via phone and email
• Coordinate and schedule group bookings and tour arrangements
• Manage post-sales follow-ups and maintain accurate sales documentation
• Liaise with external vendors to support sales reconciliation and account tracking
• Work closely with Finance on revenue tracking and reporting
• Support on-site sales operations, including Marketplace booth activities
• Assist in marketing efforts, including coordination with agencies and participation in roadshows and promotional events
• Provide general administrative and operational support as required

• Prior experience in sales, events, customer service, or administrative roles preferred
• Comfortable with cold calling and engaging external stakeholders
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Organised and detail-oriented with good follow-up skills
• Able to multitask in a fast-paced, event-driven environment
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
• Able to commit fully for the contract duration and support on-site event activities
