Warehouse and Operations Assistant (Part-time)
We’re looking for a reliable and responsible Warehouse Assistant to support our daily e-commerce operations. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work, takes pride in getting the details right, and appreciates being part of a small, thoughtful team.
You’ll be working independently during the mornings, helping ensure everything runs smoothly behind the scenes.
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 1:00pm
Working Location: Office & Warehouse in Toa Payoh North
What You’ll Be Doing- Carefully pick, pack, and prepare customer orders so they arrive accurately and on time
- Ensure the right items are ready for courier pick-ups each day
- Receive incoming stock and organise it neatly within the warehouse
- Update inventory records to keep everything accurate and easy to track
- Support weekly checks on orders and billing through our system
- Keep the warehouse clean, organised, and safe at all times
- Assist with regular stock takes to maintain inventory accuracy
- Work closely with our customer service team to resolve any order-related queries
- Someone dependable who takes ownership and pride in their work
- Organised and detail-oriented—you notice the little things that matter
- Comfortable working independently in a structured, fast-moving environment
- Willing to be hands-on, including lifting and moving stock when needed
- Has some prior experience in warehouse or logistics operations (preferred)
- Familiar with basic systems (e.g. inventory management system, Shopify)
