About the role
As an Operations Assistant (Automotive) at Oohray Group Pte Ltd, you will play a crucial role in supporting the smooth operations of our automotive services business. This full-time position is on the go, offering you the opportunity to be part of a dynamic and growing organisation.Your primary focus will be on ensuring efficient and effective day-to-day operations to meet the needs of our valued customers.
What you'll be doing- Assisting the operations team in the execution of various automotive-related tasks
- Liaise closely with the team in coordinating and scheduling appointments and maintaining detailed records
- Providing excellent customer service and addressing any inquiries or concerns
- Collaborating with the wider team to identify and implement process improvements
- Perform all other ad-hoc operations duties as assigned by the manager
- Someone who possess Class 3 / 3A driving license (Company vehicle provided)
- Relevant experience, preferably in an operations or customer service role
- Strong organisational and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to interact with customers and colleagues
- Adaptability and willingness to learn new skills and technologies
- A team-oriented mindset and the ability to work collaboratively
