Regional Customer Service Executive (Freight Forwarding) - East/ $4000 - Tampines

• Basic Salary Up to $4000 + Variable Bonus (2 Months) + Attractive Staff Benefits
• Work Location: East / 5 Days Week

Job Responsibilities:

• Support on daily operational issues
• Maintain SOP internally at a Regional level
• Supporting daily/ weekly/ monthly/ KPI reports for customer
• Attend to customer request on timely manner
• Act as a Control Tower for communication between internal and external customers
• Aligning processes with internal and external operation
• Work with Operation Manager to make improvement for operation
• Pre-check and monitor the billing flow to ensure the accuracy of bills before submitting to the customer.
• Maintain good relationship with customer
• Support ad-hoc quotation if required

Job Requirement:

• Minimum GCE 'O' Levels/ Diploma in Logistics/ Shipping or in relevant field of studies
• Has at least 2 years of relevant work experience in a Freight Forwarding industry
• Good understanding of Air Freight processes
• Preferably with regional customer service experience
• Proficient in MS Office
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
