Are you a people-oriented professional with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences? We’re looking for a Customer Service Executive to join our dynamic team and be the friendly voice and support our clients rely on!
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer enquiries via email or phone with professionalism and empathy
- Accurately log and update customer interactions in the system
- Follow up on customer requests and ensure timely resolutions
- Handle customer complaints calmly and efficiently, ensuring a positive outcome
- Assist with ad-hoc projects or tasks when needed
What We’re Looking For:
- Diploma or Degree holders preferred (relevant experience is a plus!)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Passionate about providing excellent customer service
- Willing to commit to overtime when required
