Customer Service Executive
Are you a people person with excellent communication skills? Join our team as a Customer Service Executive and be the voice that makes a difference!
What You’ll Do:
- Respond to enquiries and requests via email, mail, or fax within turnaround time.
- Resolve insurance-related issues from policyholders, agents, and partners.
- Handle feedback, appeals, and minor complaints from all distribution channels.
- Ensure a positive and professional customer service experience.
- Support tasks assigned by the Section Head.
- Monitor and mitigate regulatory and business compliance risks.
- Stay informed on industry trends and risk management practices.
What We’re Looking For:
- Passionate in customer service (Email or Call)
- Diploma/degree holder with relevant experience preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Willingness to work overtime when required.
