IT APPLICATION SUPPORT /Business Analyst

Scope of Services:

• Provide day-to-day operations and maintenance support.
• Respond promptly to user queries and resolve issues effectively.
• Troubleshoot application problems and ensure timely closure.
• Collaborate with the team to monitor, track, and resolve issues.
• Support the rollout of new features and enhancements.

Work Experience:

• Minimum Diploma with 3+ years’ experience in a Business Analyst, Application Support, or similar role in Agile project environments.
• Background in Business, Computer Science, IT, or Engineering is preferred.

Technical Skills:

• Experience with Salesforce, SaaS, CRM platforms is advantageous.
• Familiarity with AWS, APEX coding, or DevOps is a plus.

General Skills:

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Good verbal and written communication for stakeholder engagement.
• Ability to track IT expenses and manage payment processes is a plus.
