Job Description

To assist in managing company’s IT Infrastructure & Services, Enforcement of IT Security, Implementation of IT Project as well as System Development, Support and Maintenance

Responsibilities:

• Act as local system administrator and System Trainer for the company
• To provide first and second level IT support to the users
• Responsible for installation, configuration, and maintenance of network infrastructures
• Assisting IT Manager in enforcing IT Policies, IT audit and maintain IT Inventory
• Responsible for system configuration documentations, monitoring, issue tracking, testing and

• Assist in IT equipment health check-up, audit, evaluation, test, and deployment
• Responsible to runs proper administration on company’s IT Resources and accurate

• Ensure user’s problems to be solved in shortest period and provide suggestion to users on their IT needs
• To assist and participate in Group IT Initiatives as and when required
• Other duties assigned by IT Manager or Management

Requirements:

• Diploma in Information Technology or relevant experience
• Independent and able to work well with others
• Able to work at odd hours and standby for on call after working hour
• Able to perform trouble shooting of hardware and software problems
• Good knowledge of Window and iOS operating system. Knowledge in Linux is a plus
• Good IT Security and troubleshooting skills
• Trustworthy, hardworking, committed to the task assigned
• The ability to work flexibly under pressure, be self-motivating and prioritize unscheduled as

well as scheduled work
