IT Support Engineer

Are you a tech-savvy problem solver who enjoys helping others and thrives in a fast-paced environment? We’re looking for an IT Support Engineer to join our growing team and provide top-notch technical support across a variety of platforms and systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support for hardware, software, network, and peripheral issues.
• Troubleshoot and resolve problems related to routers, Wi-Fi, anti-virus software, printers, and other IT equipment.
• Assist with the setup, maintenance, and monitoring of IT infrastructure, including servers and firewalls (experience in these areas is a strong advantage).
• Work closely with team members and end-users to ensure timely resolution of technical issues.
• Maintain documentation and logs of support requests and resolutions.

Requirements:

• Education: Minimum Diploma in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Experience: At least 1 year of relevant IT support experience.
• Solid knowledge of hardware, networking, anti-virus solutions, printers, and IT peripherals.
• Experience with network servers and firewalls is a plus.
• Proficient in troubleshooting and problem-solving.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• A pleasant, hardworking, and task-oriented individual with a positive work attitude and strong work ethic.
