We have an opening for a Service Support Executive. You will work closely with the service team to ensure smooth day-to-day operations and timely service support. In this role, you will be responsible to:
What You Will Do- Provide service support to both internal and external customers
- Prepare accurate service reports and ensure timely documentation
- Support daily service operations to maintain efficient workflow
- Assist with inventory procurement and raise purchase requisitions
- Participate in process improvement initiatives and ERP system enhancements
- Minimum Diploma holder in any field
- Meticulous and detail-oriented, with strong accuracy in work
- Able to meet deadlines and multitask effectively
- Proactive, responsible, and takes ownership of tasks
- Strong follow-through with clear communication
- Willingness to learn and contribute to continuous improvement
