Accounts Executive / Senior Accounts Executive

Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Accounts Executive / Senior Accounts Executive to manage full-set accounting and support the company’s financial operations. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with management and cross-functional teams, contributing to business growth and financial decision-making.

• Handle full set of accounts including AP, AR, GL, and bank reconciliations
• Manage month-end and year-end closing, including preparation of financial statements
• Oversee daily finance operations, including invoicing, payments, and cash flow management
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, company policies, and statutory requirements
• Liaise with auditors, tax agents, banks, and internal stakeholders
• Identify process improvements and enhance financial controls
• Maintain proper documentation and ensure audit-ready records
• Investigate and reconcile inventory discrepancies, ensuring proper documentation and reporting to management
• Support ad-hoc finance and administrative duties

• Diploma/Degree in Accounting, Finance, or relevant professional qualification (ACCA/CA preferred for Senior role)
• Minimum 2–5 years of relevant experience (full-set accounting preferred)
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting
• Experience in AutoCount, or similar accounting systems is an advantage
• Exposure to engineering / heavy equipment industry accounting will be an advantage
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel
• Independent, meticulous, and able to meet tight deadlines
• Good communication skills and ability to work with multiple stakeholders
• Able to start work within short notice / immediately preferred
