Responsibilities
- Plan and appear as on-camera talent for short-form video content on platforms such as TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook.
- Manage e-commerce platforms (Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop), including product listings, pricing updates, and promotions.
- Monitor and respond promptly and professionally to customer enquiries and chats to maintain high customer satisfaction.
- Process daily orders and coordinate with operations to ensure timely packing and shipment.
- Comfortable appearing on camera with a confident and engaging screen presence.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Mandarin to effectively engage with a diverse customer base and Mandarin-speaking clients.
- Basic experience in e-commerce, social media, or content creation is preferred.
- Proactive attitude and a willingness to learn new trends in social media and e-commerce.
