The Role
As our e-commerce executive at Mobile+Labs, you will be responsible for analyzing and enhancing the customer journey, as well as developing strategies to drive online sales growth. You should be comfortable working with large datasets and generating creative, data-driven ideas for campaigns that align with our business goals.
You will be responsible for managing online sales channels and executing volume forecasting to maintain healthy inventory levels. Working closely with the account manager and cross-functional teams, you will help produce reports and provide actionable recommendations to achieve business objectives more efficiently and cost-effectively.
Key Responsibilities- Manage and oversee daily operations of e-commerce platforms and online marketplaces.
- Monitor product listings, pricing, stock availability, and online merchandising to ensure accuracy and competitiveness.
- Coordinate with internal teams such as marketing, design, logistics, and customer service to support online sales activities.
- Plan and execute online campaigns, promotions, and product launches.
- Analyse sales performance, website traffic, conversion rates, and customer behaviour to identify growth opportunities.
- Analyse e-store conversion rate, web store traffic, store page views, abandoned cart, cancelled/ returned orders with follow-up action.
- Prepare regular sales and performance reports for management review.
- Optimise product content, SEO keywords, banners, and user experience to improve online visibility and sales conversion.
- Manage marketplace operations on platforms such as Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, or company websites.
- Monitor competitors’ activities, pricing strategies, and market trends.
- Handle customer enquiries, reviews, and escalations to maintain customer satisfaction.
- Work closely with warehouse and fulfilment teams to ensure timely order processing and delivery.
- Ensure compliance with company branding guidelines and marketplace policies.
- Propose strategies to improve online revenue, customer engagement, and operational efficiency.
- At least 2 years of working experience in the e-commerce/digital marketing role within retail or a related industry is required for this position.
- Required Skill(s): Ecommerce, creative thinking, interpersonal skills, numeric and analytical skills, good verbal and written communication skills.
- Working knowledge and understanding of the e-commerce business model
- A forward thinker with an open mind and initiative; a problem solver
- Strong computer and digital design skills (Word / Excel / PowerPoint / Canva; Photoshop is a plus)
- Possesses excellent project management/organizational, time management, multitasking, and follow-up skills.
