[ref. t2908220] Manpower - Service Engineer (2-year Contract/Electrical Appliances)

We are seeking a skilled Home Appliance Service Engineer/Specialist to join talented team in Singapore Region. As a full-time role, you will be responsible for providing expert repair and maintenance services for a wide range of home appliances, ensuring customers can rely on their devices to function efficiently.

Responsibilities:

• Diagnose and troubleshoot issues with various home appliances, including refrigerators, washing machines, dishwashers, ovens and more
• Perform repairs and maintenance on appliances, utilising technical expertise to restore devices to full working order
• Provide exceptional customer service, communicating effectively with clients to understand their needs and deliver solutions
• Maintain detailed records of all repair work and provide comprehensive reporting
• Stay up to date with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices to ensure optimal service delivery
• Collaborate with the wider team to share knowledge and contribute to the continuous improvement of repair processes

Requirements:

• Minimum 2-3 years of experience as a home appliance repair technician/engineer or specialist
• Excellent technical knowledge and hands-on experience in diagnosing and repairing a variety of home appliances
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills to identify and resolve complex issues
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, providing high-quality service to customers
• Effective communication skills, with the ability to explain technical information in a clear and understandable manner
• Commitment to staying up to date with industry developments and a willingness to continuously learn and improve
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends, to meet customer needs
• Possess valid Singapore Driving Licence (company vehicle provided).

• Work location: Pandan Loop
• Working hours: 8:30am to 5:30pm (Mondays to Fridays)
