Our client, an Investment Banking company, seeks an Executive Assistant to the CEO to deliver high-impact administrative support, enabling effective leadership and business operations.

Responsibilities
  • Manage the CEO’s diary, business schedules, and calendar to optimize time and priorities
  • Coordinate and schedule internal and external meetings, including logistics, venue, and preparation of meeting materials
  • Organize and coordinate conference calls to ensure seamless communication across teams and stakeholders
  • Arrange and manage domestic and international travel, including booking flights, accommodation, and preparing detailed travel itineraries and agendas
  • Facilitate visa arrangements for senior team members to support international business activities
  • Process and reconcile expense claims accurately and timely to maintain financial compliance
  • Handle confidential documents with discretion and maintain secure filing systems for personal and sensitive CEO files
  • Maintain an up-to-date database of contacts and business cards to support networking and relationship management
  • Receive visitors professionally, manage meeting schedules, and coordinate conference calls to support CEO’s engagements
Other Information
  • Job location: Raffles Place
  • Work week: Monday to Friday
  • Salary: Up to SGD 5,000 per month
