Hiring: Accounts Executive & Accounts Assistant

We are a growing construction company looking for motivated individuals to join our team for ongoing residential and commercial projects.

Location: East Side & West Side

Salary: Commensurate with experience

Key Responsibilities

Accounts Executive: Manage full set of accounts (AR, AP, GL), handle tax/GST matters, and provide financial advice to operations.
Accounts Assistant: Support the Executive with data entry, claim processing, and basic reconciliations.
Coordinate with internal and external auditors for year-end reporting.
Perform regular account reconciliations and review work.

Requirements

Education: Minimum LCCI, Diploma, or Degree in Accounting.
Experience: * Executive: At least 5 years in an accounting role.
Assistant: At least 2 years in an accounting role.
Industry: Experience in Building Construction is preferred.
Software: Knowledge of ERP systems is preferred.
Skills: Meticulous, good with numbers, and able to meet tight deadlines.
