Executive Assistant - CEO/MD

Our client, an Investment Banking company, seeks an Executive Assistant to the CEO to deliver high-impact administrative support, enabling effective leadership and business operations.
Responsibilities- Manage the CEO’s diary, business schedules, and calendar to optimize time and priorities
- Coordinate and schedule internal and external meetings, including logistics, venue, and preparation of meeting materials
- Organize and coordinate conference calls to ensure seamless communication across teams and stakeholders
- Arrange and manage domestic and international travel, including booking flights, accommodation, and preparing detailed travel itineraries and agendas
- Facilitate visa arrangements for senior team members to support international business activities
- Process and reconcile expense claims accurately and timely to maintain financial compliance
- Handle confidential documents with discretion and maintain secure filing systems for personal and sensitive CEO files
- Maintain an up-to-date database of contacts and business cards to support networking and relationship management
- Receive visitors professionally, manage meeting schedules, and coordinate conference calls to support CEO’s engagements
- Job location: Raffles Place
- Work week: Monday to Friday
- Salary: Up to SGD 5,000 per month
