• Job Responsibilities
• Process cost sheets and maintain proper filing of customer orders, quotations, delivery documents, and related support documents
• Coordinate and communicate with internal departments to fulfill sales order deliverables
• Track, monitor, and report on sales order progress
• Consolidate and compile monthly and ad-hoc sales reports for Sales & Solutions Head
• Maintain department records in accordance with ISO standards
• Provide general sales administration and coordination support as assigned
• Requirements
• Minimum GCE ‘O’ Level qualification
• 1–2 years of experience in a Sales Admin role
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word
• Meticulous with figures and highly organized
• Good communication and coordination skills
