Sales Coordinator (2 Years Contract)

Duties & Responsibilities
- Support the Sales Team in preparing tender documents to meet requirements and enhance tender success.
- Assist with new sales order creation, including quotations and opening Sales Orders; follow up on expiring contracts and process termination requests as needed.
- Provide administrative support for sales commission-related tasks.
- Generate sales reports from SAP and CRM systems to provide visibility on sales revenue.
- Manage and coordinate the Sales Team’s calendars to prevent scheduling conflicts.
- Oversee pre-event and post-event logistics, including arranging F&B, to ensure successful client visits and internal meetings.
- Coordinate business travel arrangements, such as overseas seminars, when required.
- Perform other ad-hoc tasks as assigned.
- Minimum “O”/“A” Level or Diploma qualification.
- At least 1 year of experience as a sales coordinator or in a similar administrative role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively across teams for calendar management.
- Detail-oriented, task-focused, and a collaborative team player.
- Capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
- Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Experience with SAP and CRM software is an advantage.
