Sales Coordinator

Position : Sales Coordinator

• Location : Redhill
• Working hours : 5 Days Work Week – Monday to Friday: 8.30AM to 5.30PM
• Salary (commensurate with experience): Up to $3,000 + Performance Bonus + Yearly Increment + 10 - 14 Days Annual Leave + Medical Benefits
• Duration : Permanent
• Industry : Ingredients Supplier

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate sales and logistics operations to ensure smooth daily workflow
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
• Prepare, track, and analyse sales data and reports to identify trends and improve performance
• Identify new business opportunities and support business expansion
• Work closely with drivers, technicians, and admin staff to ensure efficient coordination
• Manage email correspondence and maintain proper documentation
• Review contracts, agreements, and tenders, and summarise key points for the Director’s review
• Provide direct administrative and operational support to the Managing Director

Requirements:

• Minimum ‘O’ Level, Diploma, or higher
• Comfortable reporting directly to the Managing Director in a professional and fast-paced environment
• Good customer service and communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
