Responsibilities:

• Improve daily operations and resolve patient-related issues, including experience, safety, and wait times.
• Work with clinical, administrative, and support teams to streamline processes and resolve concerns.
• Organize procurement requirements for consumables, implants, and equipment.
• Facilitate cross-department communication and support work planning and budgeting for service points.

Job Requirement:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or equivalent
• Candidate with healthcare experience will be advantageous
• A good team player, meticulous, service-oriented
• Exceptional skills in analysis, communication, and problem-solving
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
