Operations Executive, Healthcare Planning & Support (1-Year Contract Renewable) - Bedok

• Assist in managing emergency equipment and consumables, including procurement, budget tracking, and asset management
• Support the review and upkeep of the hospital’s emergency response plans and SOPs
• Coordinate and provide logistical support for emergency exercises, drills, and monthly fleet tests
• Participate in planning discussions, supporting workshops, collating requirements, and preparing procurement timelines
• Provide secretariat and administrative support for committees, audits, and relevant stakeholders related projects
• Assist with documentation, reporting, and compliance tracking for emergency planning activities

• Bachelor Degree level in Public Health/ Business Management or related studies
• Training will be provided, preferably 1 - 2 years of administration/ planning working experience in healthcare operations
• Strong organisational skills with attention to detail and ability to coordinate multiple tasks
• Good communication and teamwork skills with the ability to engage diverse stakeholders
• Interest in healthcare operations, emergency planning, or business continuity
