As a Senior HR Executive, Wellness (Healthcare) you will be responsible for the following duties:

• Coordinate and implement staff wellness, wellbeing, and employee engagement programmes, including onboarding initiatives.
• Assist in the planning and delivery of wellness activities, workshops, and staff engagement events.
• Administer staff recognition and award programmes in line with organisational policies.
• Manage organisation-wide communications and outreach for wellness and engagement initiatives.
• Support the analysis of employee feedback (e.g. engagement or pulse surveys) and contribute to action planning.
• Compile data, maintain accurate records, and prepare reports and presentations.
• Provide administrative and secretariat support to HR engagement and wellbeing committees.
• Assist with HR projects and perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Degree or Diploma in Human Resources, Psychology, Business, Health Management, or related disciplines.
• Possess at least 2 years of relevant experience in employee engagement, wellness programmes, HR administration, or programme coordination.
