Work Arrangement

Location: Singapore

Schedule: On-site 2 days per week, remote/flexible on other days

Job Responsibilities
  • • Cross-check transaction records across multiple payment platforms and internal systems to ensure accuracy and consistency.
  • • Investigate and reconcile discrepancies in financial data and platform reports.
  • • Assist in monthly closing by consolidating platform balances and verifying settlement reports.
  • • Support the preparation of financial reports and documentation for audit and compliance purposes.
  • • Coordinate with external accountants or auditors when needed.
Requirements
  • • Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • • Minimum 2 years of relevant accounting or reconciliation experience.
  • • Experience working in a fintech company is REQUIRED.
  • • Proficient in Excel and familiar with reconciliation tools or systems.
  • • Meticulous, analytical, and detail-oriented.
  • • Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • • Able to commit to working on-site 2 days per week.
Preferred Qualifications (Bonus)
  • • Understanding of cross-border payment processes or settlement cycles.
  • • Familiarity with platforms.
  • • Experience in internal controls or risk monitoring in digital finance.
