We are a growing small business that needs a responsible and experienced Finance staff who will be a 1-person office staff that will directly report to the director and manage the finances of the business.They will be put incharge of book-keeping,company accounts management and administrative duties.

Responsibilities:

• Managing Accounts Receivables and Accounts Payables,ageing.
• Using Xero software
• Using software to assist in company payroll and HR duties
• Creating and keeping track of documents in all areas of the business.
