Accounts Executive (Payroll & Payments | Audit Support) Service Sector

Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Executive to manage payroll processing, Accounts Receivable (AR), Accounts Payable (AP), staff payments, and audit support. This role plays a key part in ensuring accurate financial reporting, timely payments, and smooth audit compliance, preferably within the retail and beauty industry environment.

• Key Responsibilities
• Process monthly payroll accurately and on time
• Handle full spectrum of Accounts Receivable (AR) including invoicing, collections, and reconciliation
• Handle full spectrum of Accounts Payable (AP) including supplier invoices, payment processing, and expense reimbursements
• Prepare and execute staff payments and supplier payments
• Maintain proper documentation for audit and compliance purposes
• Assist external auditors during year-end and statutory audits
• Reconcile payroll, AR, and AP records with accounting reports
• Support ad-hoc accounting and finance tasks

• Diploma / Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• 1–3 years of accounting, payroll, AR/AP experience
• Experience in retail and/or beauty industry is preferred
• Audit support experience is an advantage
• Proven experience using QuickBooks accounting software and Salesforce
• Proficient in Excel
• Detail-oriented, trustworthy, and able to handle confidential data
