Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Executive to manage payroll processing, staff payments, and audit support. This role plays a key part in ensuring accurate payroll execution, timely payments, and smooth audit compliance.

Key Responsibilities
Process monthly payroll accurately and on time
Prepare and execute staff payments, supplier payments, and reimbursements
Ensure CPF submissions and compliance with MOM regulations
Maintain proper documentation for audit and compliance purposes
Assist external auditors during year-end and statutory audits
Reconcile payroll and payment records with accounting reports
Support ad-hoc accounting and finance tasks

✅ Requirements

Diploma / Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
1–3 years of accounting or payroll experience
Audit support experience is an advantage
Detail-oriented, trustworthy, and able to handle confidential data.
With proven experience using QuickBooks accounting software and Salesforce
With relevant service sector experience

Salary
