Finance Operations Analyst (Accounts Receivable) - Bedok

Overview:

As a Finance Operations Analyst, you will play a key role in managing and coordinating financial operations processes, particularly in invoice and payment management. This is a 6-months contract role.

Responsibilities:

• Invoice Management: Download and prepare statements of accounts categorized by business groups.
• Ad Account Statement Preparation: Consolidate and organize invoices into Excel-based statements, grouped by business purposes or cost centers for each customer, potentially handling large volumes of invoice data.
• Payment Confirmation & Communication: Send payment confirmation emails to customers’ designated contacts and procurement teams, attaching the relevant invoices (PDF) and ad account statements (Excel).
• Customer Portal Management: Upload invoices to customer portals and verifying the spending amounts with PO numbers.
• Reconciliation and Accuracy: Perform invoice and PO spend reconciliations to ensure data accuracy.
• Payment Tracking: Monitor payment status via customer portals to ensure timely payments and prevent delays.

Requirements:

• 3-5 years of relevant experience in accounts receivable or finance operations with a proven record of managing complex invoice and collection processes.
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Google Sheets, Microsoft Excel, and PowerPoint.
