Sales Manager
- Location: Kallang (1 bus stop away from Kallang MRT)
- Working hours: Monday to Friday (9am - 6pm)
- Salary (commensurate with experience): Up to $6,000 + $100 Meal Allowance + Performance Bonus
- Duration: Permanent
- Industry: Construction and Telecommunications
Main Responsibilities:
- Stay updated with emerging markets, industry trends, new products, and competitor activities to develop and execute a strategic business plan to expand the company's customer accounts and ensure a strong market presence
- Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with clients and understanding their needs
- Prepare and present detailed sales reports, revenue analysis, expense tracking, and accurate sales forecasts for the management team
- Work cross-functionally with internal teams to align strategies and optimize customer satisfaction
- Ensure adherence to company policies and industry regulations
Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years of sales experience
- Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Engineering or a related discipline
- Proficient in CRM software (Salesforce CRM, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Powerpoint etc.)
- Willing to travel as required to meet with clients
