Job Overview:
We are looking for a driven and experienced Senior Sales Manager / Sales Manager to join our Sales & Marketing team. This role is responsible for generating hotel revenue through proactive sales initiatives and managing key corporate accounts, with a strong emphasis on the Government and Education sectors.The ideal candidate will cultivate strategic partnerships to optimize occupancy, enhance room rates, and drive overall profitability.
Key Responsibilities- Manage key accounts, maintain strong client relationships, and drive repeat business.
- Identify and secure new business across corporate and long-stay segments with the industry assigned.
- Proactive sales. Conduct sales calls, client meetings, and site inspections.
- Prepare proposals, negotiate contracts, and convert leads into business.
- Collaborate with internal teams (Revenue, Operations, Events) to optimize performance and ensure smooth execution.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity to adjust strategies.
- Support and mentor junior team members where applicable.
- Minimum of 2 years hotel proactive sales experience.
- Strong corporate network and proven sales track record.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.
