Sales Manager / Shop Manager

Position: Full-Time

D’CARGUYS is looking for a Sales Manager cum Shop Manager to join our growing automotive styling team.

We specialise in car wrapping, paint protection film, solar film, detailing, coating, and automotive protection services.

Job Scope:

• Manage daily shop operations and ensure smooth workflow
• Attend to walk-in customers professionally
• Reply to enquiries from social media, WhatsApp, phone calls, and online leads
• Follow up with potential customers and convert enquiries into confirmed bookings
• Conduct cold calls and outreach to secure new sales opportunities
• Build and maintain good relationships with customers, dealers, and corporate clients
• Recommend suitable services such as PPF, wrap, solar film, detailing, and coating
• Explain packages, pricing, promotions, and service benefits clearly to customers
• Follow up on quotations prepared by the accounts/admin team
• Coordinate with installers and detailers to ensure jobs are completed properly and on time
• Manage job scheduling, customer updates, and vehicle handover
• Handle customer feedback and after-sales service
• Ensure the shop is clean, organised, and presentable
• Lead and motivate the team to achieve monthly sales targets
• Assist with social media content ideas, promotions, and customer testimonials when needed

Requirements:

• Experience in sales, customer service, or automotive industry preferred
• Confident in speaking to customers and closing sales
• Able to handle cold calls and follow up leads professionally
• Sales-driven and customer-focused
• Responsible, organised, and able to work independently
• Good communication and problem-solving skills
• Able to manage staff, schedules, and daily shop operations
• Knowledge of car wrap, PPF, solar film, detailing, or coating will be an advantage
• Class 3 driving licence preferred
