Responsibilities- Assemble and install car seats accurately to meet quality standards
- Handle leather materials and perform basic upholstery tasks to support vehicle interior finishing
- Support daily workshop operations to maintain smooth workflow and productivity
- Ensure all finished products have neat, high-quality finishing
- Follow instructions carefully and learn new skills to improve work performance
- Collaborate responsibly with team members to achieve workshop goals
- Willingness to learn and follow instructions to adapt to workshop processes
- Comfortable performing hands-on and manual tasks in a workshop environment
- Demonstrate responsibility and teamwork to contribute effectively to group tasks
