• Role Overview

We are looking for a well-connected Automotive Purchaser to drive our vehicle sourcing efforts.

This role is not just about bidding or browsing platforms — it is about leveraging industry relationships and networks to secure high-quality vehicles at the right price.

• Key Responsibilities

• Source used vehicles through:
• Authorised dealer (AD) trade-ins
• Dealer networks
• Direct owners
• Leasing / fleet companies
• Identify and secure vehicles with strong resale potential and margins

• Build and maintain relationships with:
• AD sales advisors
• Other dealers
• Corporate / fleet owners
• Position JCC Auto as a preferred buyer for quality vehicles

• Assess vehicle pricing, demand, and resale potential
• Negotiate purchase prices to ensure healthy margins
• Work closely with management on purchase approvals

• Monitor used car market trends, pricing movements, and demand
• Provide insights on fast-moving models and opportunities

❗ What This Role Is NOT

To be clear, this role is not suitable for candidates who only:

• Bid on open platforms (e.g. Quotz, Motorist) without proprietary sources
• Rely purely on inbound leads

We are specifically looking for someone who can bring new sourcing channels and opportunities.

✅ Requirements

• Experience in the automotive industry (used car dealer, AD, leasing, or related)
• Strong network within the automotive ecosystem in Singapore
• Proven ability to source vehicles outside of open-market platforms
• Good understanding of vehicle pricing and market demand

• Experience handling continental car brands (BMW, Audi, Mercedes-Benz)
• Background in AD sales / trade-ins / fleet disposal
• Negotiation and deal-making experience
• Compensation Structure
