Job Summary

Join as a Workshop Assistant (Automotive) to support car seat assembly, leather upholstery, and daily workshop operations with full training provided. No experience needed.

• Assemble and install car seats accurately to meet quality standards
• Handle leather materials and perform basic upholstery tasks to support vehicle interior finishing
• Support daily workshop operations to maintain smooth workflow and productivity
• Ensure all finished products have neat, high-quality finishing
• Follow instructions carefully and learn new skills to improve work performance
• Collaborate responsibly with team members to achieve workshop goals

• Willingness to learn and follow instructions to adapt to workshop processes
• Comfortable performing hands-on and manual tasks in a workshop environment
• Demonstrate responsibility and teamwork to contribute effectively to group tasks
